Working closely with clients and project teams, you’ll ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and within budget. Your expertise will help drive successful outcomes, making a tangible impact on the UK’s infrastructure landscape. What You’ll Be Doing: Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships, provide expert commercial advice, and act as a trusted advisor. Contract Administration: Manage NEC contracts, ensuring compliance and best practice contract management. Cost Management: Forecast, report, and manage costs to maintain project financial integrity. Identify variances early and keep projects on track. Project Delivery: Work collaboratively with teams to ensure cost control, value engineering, and programme performance. Risk & Value Management: Identify risks early, mitigate issues, and promote value engineering to drive efficiency. Final Accounts & Reporting: Handle valuations, applications, and final accounts with transparency and accuracy. Leadership & Development: Support junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: ✔ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field ✔ Membership of or working towards RICS, CIOB, ACostE (or similar) ✔ Experience within infrastructure, utilities, or construction projects ✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ✔ Strong understanding of NEC contracts ✔ Proficiency in cost control, change management, and forecasting ✔ A problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering best-in-class project outcomes
