Graduate Quantity Surveyor

You will be working for an expanding multidisciplinary consultancy with teams of Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors & Structural Engineers, that specialise in high end residential projects from new build housing developments to refurbishment projects, as well as some commercial work. This is a great entry level position for anybody with a BSc or MSc within a construction related field who aspires to become a Chartered Surveyor. Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will: Prepare budget estimates and elemental cost plans Produce Schedule of Works / Bill of Quantities Produce contractors’ tender returns and detailed cost estimates Contract administration, valuations, final account process.
