Process Operator (Pharmaceutical) Cramlington £17.80 - £24.00 per hour – DOE Continental Shifts (Days & Nights) 16 week temp to perm About the Role: We are seeking a Process Operator to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure the efficient and safe manufacturing of high-quality pharmaceutical products. You will work on a continental shift pattern, covering both days and nights, in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Conduct in-process quality checks and accurately record production data. Adjust machine settings to ensure production runs efficiently and meets compliance standards. Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and health & safety regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve minor process or mechanical issues. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including quality control and engineering. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with pharmaceutical industry regulations. Material Handling – FLT Requirements: Previous experience as a Process Operator in a regulated manufacturing environment Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and health & safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Ability to work continental shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Good communication and teamwork skills.
