The core aspects of the role: Leading the charge in driving new business opportunities. Cold calling and outbound prospecting – connecting with key decision-makers. Managing the recruitment cycle from new business to finding the right people for your clients. Building and tracking your client and candidate pipelines to maximize success. Hybrid pattern. Core working hours are office based, but work should fit around life. If you need to WFH or go to an appointment, crack on. Who you need to be: Hungry, driven, and financially motivated individuals. Competitive, resilient, and eager to exceed targets. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships. Must be within a commutable distance to St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
