Job Description
Sales Executive We’re seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on selling enterprise insurance claims management platforms and professional services to medium and large insurers, particularly within the London Market and other complex commercial insurance sectors. This role is ideal for someone who’s proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to support marketing and lead generation efforts. Your key conversations will be with Heads of Claims, Claims Operations, CIOs, and COOs. What You'll Be Doing Understand and articulate the value of our software solutions in addressing critical challenges within the insurance claims process Communicate our innovative offerings clearly to demonstrate how they enhance efficiency and effectiveness for insurers Work towards and achieve annual sales goals, while identifying new sales opportunities proactively Represent the company at key industry events and conferences Manage the full 360° sales cycle – from initial outreach to closing, including discovery calls, solution presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations Engage with clients primarily in the London Market through phone, online, and in-person meetings Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates Manage and update our CRM system (currently HubSpot) to ensure complete sales visibility What We're Looking For 2–5 years of experience in B2B enterprise software/SaaS sales within financial services, ideally with a focus on insurance A proven track record of closing deals valued at £250k Existing portfolio of insurance industry clients or contacts is a strong plus Solid understanding of the insurance sector and claims management landscape Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets Excellent relationship-building abilities and confidence engaging senior stakeholders Experience with sales methodologies and CRM tools Strong listening, consultative, and presentation skills Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a plus What We Offer We believe in empowering our people and encouraging innovation.
