Leadership & Attitude: A strong, inspiring presence in the kitchen with a deep understanding of team development, service flow, and culinary discipline. Global Standards: Experience working with the finest ingredients, suppliers, and techniques on a global stage. Creative Authority: Someone who can design and deliver a forward-thinking sushi menu that is both rooted in tradition and boldly modern.
