HSEQ Business Partner

8 month FTC with scope of going Perm Salary plus car/allowance Home based with travel across England Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we have won a major new Government client, with the Account due to go live on Autumn 2025. We will provide Engineering, Cleaning, Sustainability and other services across the client's large and complex UK estate Given the complexity of the Account, a strong Mobilisation phase is required, including to ensure from a HSEQ perspective, so the work is ready to be delivered come go live date Working with another HSEQ professional, here you will work with the client, account team and so on to gather HSEQ requirements from the customer and ensure the account is ready to meet them, so all operatives across the contract understand how to work safely Once the account goes live, this role is very likely to become Perm, in which case you would focus on traditional HSEQ across the account delivery We are also happy to consider applicants seeking the 8 month FTC only *No experience of mobilisations needed, we are seeking a qualified HSEQ professional well versed in live facilities* You will also be joining at an exciting team with a new HSEQ system due to be rolled out in the summer Actions will include: Support, coach and mentor the operational teams on HSEQ matters and provide competent HSEQ advice Facilitate the successful deployment of HSEQ mobilisation plan Understand and identify where the significant risk areas are within the mobilisation plan Live and breath Global and UK&I campaigns and initiatives including Safe Choice, Global HSE programmes and Wellbeing Interact with other third parties such as Local Authorities, HSE and Environment Agency Work closely and flexibly with other HSEQ team members to facilitate success Understand which tasks are the responsibility of other stakeholders within employer and remain laser focussed on executing the tasks which is within the role Understand how to use business reporting tools such as Insight to identify areas of risk and provide advice and guidance on how to address issues We need from you: Clear, strong HSEQ experience within the Built Environment and Nebosh General minimum
