Senior Planner

The company has gone from strength to strength in recent years and has a number of sites which you will be working on while supporting the planning director. Salary up to £50k plus fantastic bonus scheme this is your chance to work for a UK industry leader. You will be a town planner with 2-5 years post-graduation experience in developer, council, or planning consultancy. Responsibilities: As a senior planner, you will have a central role in supervising and orchestrating planning and development initiatives throughout the UK. Your duties encompass: Engaging with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic development objectives. Formulating and presenting planning applications, with ongoing communication with regulatory bodies. Assessing and proposing resolutions for intricate planning and zoning issues. Sustaining a commitment to ongoing research, keeping up to date with local, regional, and national planning regulations and industry best practices. Key Requirements Degree qualified and also MRTPI Currently working for a planning consultancy or residential developer/ house developer experience in strategic land Detailed experience in dealing with residential planning applications and appeals. Bright, ambitious and determined to succeed.
