MEP BIM/Senior Coordinator

Company We currently have an excellent opportunity for a BIM/Senior coordinator to join one of the industries leading mechanical & electrical firms. Role Coordinate MEP models and ensure accurate integration with architectural and structural designs. Support project teams in the use of BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360). Perform clash detection and resolution, model auditing, and quality control. Maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure project compliance with BIM standards (ISO 19650, etc.). Liaise with engineers, designers, and project managers to manage design workflows. Develop and maintain BIM libraries and content specific to MEP systems. Provide technical support and mentoring to junior staff and BIM users. Qualifications/Experience Degree or diploma in Building Services, Engineering, or related field. 3 years of experience in MEP coordination within a BIM environment. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or similar platforms). Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction processes. Knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
