BringYourSpark For our site in Lyon, we are looking for a Regional Product Manager AC Charging. The function reports to the Head of Product Management. Context and Main Missions: The Regional Product Manager is one of the most important roles in the organization that is crucial for shaping LEM’s product strategy and driving growth. He/She is responsible for leading and directing the product strategy for the following Business line: Automotive On-Board Chargers and DCDC HV/LV AC wallbox This role involves driving the strategy cycle and developing product roadmaps and as well as following its timely execution, market research, and product lifecycle management to drive innovation and market leadership. The regional Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure the successful launch and sustainability of products in global markets. Key responsibilities Product Strategy and Vision: Lead the annual 5-years Company Strategy Cycle Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company’s overall business strategy Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Identify growth opportunities and areas for innovation within the Power Electronics domain. Market Analysis and Customer Insights: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry dynamics, customer pain points, and emerging technologies. Gather insights from customers, sales teams, and technical experts to inform product decisions. Monitor competitive landscape and benchmark against competition. Product Development and Lifecycle Management Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely, competitive, and high-quality product releases. Manage product lifecycles, including enhancements, updates, and obsolescence planning. Business Development and Partnerships: Identify strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or acquisitions that enhance the company’s product portfolio. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry associations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies. Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners. Financial Management: Define and follow product development budgets, pricing strategies, and cost structures. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and profitability. Make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation. Leadership: Cross functional leadership driving multi departments teams ( Sales, R&D, Quality, Finance…) Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential. Requirements: Master's degree in Electronics, MBA is a plus Experienced in driving state of the art Strategy Processes Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles Strong understanding of Power Electronics technologies, applications, and markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and strategic thinking skills. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing in a complex environment Decisive and action oriented, with strong ability to drive Automotive experience, with knowledge of functional safety standards (e.g. ISO26262) Fluent in English Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet with global teams, customers, and partners.
