Sekurit AGR produces, distributes and installs Automotive glazing for the aftermarket. Our ambition is the be the Sustainable leader of automotive glazing aftermarket in Europe. We are present on the full value chain with 3 activities : Production, Distribution & Fitting. Key accountabilities: Smart Pricing Performance Support to countries in their smart pricing strategies Define & implement upstream Pricing structure to optimize deal price (customers segmentation, price levels, range logic) Set goals and monitor practices Margin analysis Competitors survey Identify best practices in countries and ensure they are shared Benchmark with other group businesses Management and improvements of the pricing tool Business owner of the pricing tool Construction and deployment of the new version with IT team, in collaborative mode with the countries Proposal for improvements and implementation Country trainings Usage Tracking and action plan Transfer Prices & ERP udpate Building Annual tariff lists in collaboration with our European Warehouse Finance Team Use MKG insights to adjust Transfer Prices from European Hub > Countries Maintains information in SAP : Inbound / outbound prices & infos (PLC, Pref. Supplier, Scale Qty…) New Material introductions prices Your profile Experienced in Pricing Fluent English Empathetic & strength of conviction / proposals Change Management Project Management Matrix functioning Innovative and structured Results oriented Knowledge of SAP / Excel / PBI
