Are you a skilled and proactive conveyancer looking to build their personal and professional on the NSW South Coast? Approach Consulting are on the look-out for a south coast (NSW) based Conveyancer to join a leading, tech-forward and family-focused property law firm as they open their Batemans Bay office. Our client is a trusted, well-connected firm across NSW/ACT, with established relationships among leading South Coast real estate agencies and major developers within the region. The firm brings with it considerable legal and administrative support – perfect for any established conveyancers looking to focus on conveyancing and alleviate their administrative workload. About the Role. This is a full-time opportunity for a conveyancer who can managing files from start to finish, thrives on client interaction, and values quality, precision, and teamwork. You’ll work on a range of residential, off-the-plan, commercial and rural property matters, supported by an experienced legal team committed to excellence in client service. You will be the face of the firm’s South Coast conveyancing arm. There's a strong focus on in-person consultations and building meaningful connections within the local community. Managing conveyancing matters end-to-end including off-the-plan transactions. Liaising with clients, agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. Preparing contracts, conducting property searches, and settling matters via PEXA. Maintaining accurate records and delivering high-quality service with every file. Issue invoices and manage administrative tasks associated with conveyancing matters with the support of the wider conveyancing team. About You. At least 3 years’ conveyancing experience across NSW/ACT Experience in NSW/ACT conveyancing rules, regulations and requirements Excellent stakeholder relationship and communication skills A proactive and organised approach to managing deadlines and workflows Experience using PEXA and other relevant conveyancing platforms The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Established referral networks on the NSW South Coast or proven ability to build them (preferred, not required) Ready to make a meaningful impact on the South Coast property market?
