About The Role We’re seeking a hydrogeologist/ groundwater specialist to join our team and provide technical input to a wide range of resources, industry and civil infrastructure projects. This role will include project management, technical work and client interaction. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:Desktop Hydrogeological studies and reportingDesign of groundwater investigations for hydrogeological conceptualisationTechnical analysis and reporting of groundwater and surface water assessmentsWorking with both the surface water and groundwater teams at EngenyAnnual groundwater compliance reportingAquifer testing supervision, analysis and groundwater modellingData visualisation, statistical analysis and basic GISField investigations and reportingGroundwater impact assessments for NSW and QLD projectsParticipate in client management and business developmentPlay an active role in the business groups through regular meetings, workshops, training and business planning. About You A tertiary degree in Environmental/Civil Engineering and/or Science (I.e., Geology/Environmental Science) (essential). Post graduate studies in Hydrogeology will be highly regarded. Project experience relating to hydrogeology. Field groundwater studies (drilling supervision, logging, bore construction, gauging, sampling and hydraulic testing)Developed technical skills and experience in data management, analysis and visualisation, basic statistical analytical skills, report writing, project management, and the management of junior engineers/scientists.Experience and familiarity with groundwater modelling software (I.e., MODFLOW/Surfer/Seequent Leapfrog Works)Excellent communication skills.
