About the Role As a Mortgage Broker at RLA Commercial & Rural Finance Pty Ltd · You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored lending solutions · Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, from application to settlement · Leverage our extensive lender panel to source competitive loan products · Maintain strong relationships with referral partners and clients, ensuring long-term engagement · Provide expert advice on home loan, refinancing and investment lending · Stay up to date with industry trends and lender policies to deliver the best outcomes for clients About You To succeed in this role, you will have · 1 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar lending role · Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (Diploma preferred) · Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first mindset · Excellent knowledge of loan structures, lender products and credit policies · A proactive approach to business development and lead generation · Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills · Results-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding client services.
