Focus on Acquisition: Specialise in securing new management agreements with property owners seeking premium management services. Drive Results: Develop and execute a business strategy that not only meets targets but also benefits the broader community. What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or a related field. A proven track record in business development, cold calling, and converting leads. A passion for supporting local economies and a knack for building lasting relationships. A self-starter attitude with the drive to exceed targets.
