The Opportunity A chance awaits to join as a qualified Tradesman and then to step slowly into a Leading Hand role, where you will showcase your skills within a high-performing landscape construction team. Collaborate closely with proven Foremen and Project Managers, overseeing your crew to meet deadlines, and deliver projects to expected standards. Your responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive array of landscaping tasks, including concreting, structural work, retaining walls, paving, turfing, and planting etc. The Role Read and interpret plans Manage a small crew Delegate duties Organise deliveries Hands-on landscaping Liaise with clients Report into Site Manager Assist with meeting construction deadlines The Requirements Certificate III in Landscape Construction / Horticulture Residential, commercial and/or civil landscaping experience considered Machine Operating experience or tickets (bonus) MR License (bonus) Drivers License Looking to Relocate?
