Job Description

Minimum requirements: Good understanding of deeds office procedures, title deeds, mortgage bonds, lost deeds, E4, LexisConvey, Stordoc and FICA. Exposure to various banks. Precise and accurate drafting. Able to deal with high volumes and to work under pressure. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in office software Office365, Email, Internet Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks. Support other team members in executing their duties. Handle correspondence, scheduling, and general office duties. Maintain records and ensure efficient filing systems. Lodgement of correspondent matters.
