Project Manager (HVAC)

As the Project Manager for a top-tier HVAC company, youll lead the charge in delivering cutting-edge climate control solutions. From BOQs to blueprints, youll coordinate complex commercial and industrial projects, ensuring every phase is executed with technical excellence and client satisfaction at the core. What you'll do Lead end-to-end HVAC project delivery, from planning to final sign-off Own the BOQ process, order materials, and manage cost variations Compile and submit claims and variation order approvals Liaise with engineers, clients, and site teams to ensure alignment Schedule work teams and manage labour allocation across projects Run site meetings, log site instructions, and monitor build progress Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and building standards Deliver O&M manuals and as-built documentation upon project completion What you'll need A qualification in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related trade 5 - 10 years experience in project management within HVAC, mechanical, or electrical fields Proven technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and tools Strong contract management experience (JBCC, NEC, etc.) Valid drivers license and own transport A solution-driven mindset, excellent time management, and communication skills Ability to read plans, measure on-site, and align specs to real-world delivery
