Responsibilities Plan and develop mid- and long-term IT architectural strategies to meet business needs and digital library strategies. Maintain NLB-wide Application and Technical Architectures, ensuring compliance and planning for technology adoption and obsolescence. Establish technical architecture standards for IT projects and provide technical leadership. Lead the technical design and development of proof-of-concept projects. Provide technical leadership in operational and infrastructural systems. Analyze business strategies and provide technical insights to enhance business outcomes. Candidate Requirements 3-5 years of relevant technical experience, with at least 2 years in enterprise solution design and implementation. Experience with web technologies, web services, Java, and .Net. Experience in solution/data architecture is a plus. Experience with low-code platforms is a plus. Familiarity with software development lifecycle and methodologies. Strong technical knowledge with an enterprise perspective. Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud technologies, especially AWS, is preferred. Certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Architect are advantageous. Strong analytical skills, quick learner, good communication, and team player. Ability to see both the big picture and details when necessary.
