This role involves conducting detailed property valuations, providing advisory services, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The manager will lead a team of analysts and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality valuation reports that are thoroughly researched, scrutinized, and reasoned, with detailed supporting documentation carefully stored. To support and assist the Investment Team and Research and Consulting Teams with in-house valuation and market data collection, where required. Lead the team in producing deliverables according to scope, quality, and timeline, ensuring compliance, proper reporting, and risk management. Lead project pitches, client meetings, calls, and presentations; delegate tasks with guidance, coaching, and training. Manage risks through CBRE’s ERM and QRM policies. Conduct market research on relevant real estate sectors. Perform valuations following RICS standards. Work with management to seek valuation inquiries, develop, and maintain client relationships. Attend networking events to represent the Valuation Services and the company. Collaborate with brokers regarding in-house asset valuations for pricing accuracy. Collect, record, and analyze market data for research and consultancy projects. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Valuation, or related fields. RICS qualification is an advantage. Excellent communication skills. Understanding of delivering professional valuation services ethically and in compliance with RICS and local standards. Good knowledge of economics, investment, construction, and real estate trends. Minimum 5 years of valuation experience, with team management skills. Ability to deliver high-quality results under guidance.
