The role involves managing multiple IT development and support teams in an outsourced environment within the BFSI domain. Key Responsibilities Manage large, outsourced IT development and transformation teams, ensuring delivery excellence. Improve customer satisfaction through governance, technology interventions, and continuous improvement. Lead multi-geo technology teams and drive outcomes aligned with business goals. Oversee P&L responsibilities and maintain high customer satisfaction indices. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Minimum 18 years managing large development/support teams (100-200 FTEs). At least 10 years in BFSI domain delivery, with domain knowledge in Retail and Corporate Banking. Experience managing multi-ethnic, multi-geo teams and outsourcing engagements. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and certifications. Hands-on development/engineering background. Understanding of ITIL processes and productivity improvement strategies. Technical acumen with knowledge of next-generation technologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in RFP/Bid processes and due diligence. Soft Skills Leadership and team development skills. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work with diverse teams and manage senior stakeholders. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Negotiation and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing transitions, including vendor transitions. Exposure to AI / Gen AI technologies.
