Head of Solutions

You and your team will work directly with internal/external customers to understand their technical needs, design customized solutions, and ensure a smooth transition to the implementation and customer success teams. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and build strong relationships with customers will be essential to your success in this role. You will play a pivotal role in the sales process, providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the development of technical proposals. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in leading a solutions engineering/consulting team in Asia Pacific region. Strong coding skills in any popular programming language, with the ability to understand and write complex code. Good understanding of API integrations and working with webhooks to streamline workflows. Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts clearly. Proven experience in conducting product demonstrations and developing technical proposals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer engagement. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience in competitive analysis and market research. Willingness to travel based on client and business needs.
