What The Day Will Look Like Maintain key carrier relationships at a senior level and act as Aon brand ambassador Establish a core broking community across Asia to share best practices Provide executive sponsorship to address major issues with carriers Support innovative product development and structured solutions Create best practices adhering to compliance standards Maintain visibility of major renewal and new business pipelines Share insights and guide strategies for optimal market outcomes Understand carrier risk appetites and work with teams to capitalize on them How This Opportunity Is Different This role involves working with key stakeholders across Asia, including CBOs, broking colleagues, and regional leaders, as well as regional specialty teams and others.
