Job Opportunity: SAP SuccessFactors Support Specialist Locations: Milano, Napoli, Roma We are seeking a consultant/senior consultant to join the Human Capital Operate team at Deloitte Business Solution. This role will be based in a hybrid work mode. The Human Capital Operate team is dedicated to providing ongoing support and evolving management of global HR solutions, ensuring HR systems are always optimized to meet our clients' evolving needs. Our focus is on continuously improving performance, going beyond technology to add tangible value to our clients' HR processes through proactive and targeted management. Role Responsibilities Manage continuous support of SAP SuccessFactors systems, including troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization. Ensure SAP SuccessFactors systems align with best practices and support ongoing evolution based on new business and technological needs; collaborate with clients to gather feedback and improve workflows through system modifications and updates. Handle requests for changes, improvements, and process optimizations, coordinating with technical teams and project managers; perform monitoring, testing, and validation activities to ensure system proper operation. Participate in client training sessions to facilitate system adoption and enhance internal skills. Candidate Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience managing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors, preferably in complex, international contexts. Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting. Experience in HR system evolution and optimization, with a solid understanding of HR business processes. Project management skills with a focus on continuous improvement and post-implementation support. Familiarity with project management methodologies, preferably Agile or ITIL.
