Accountabilities Verify the quality of works, ensuring compliance with project design and specifications. Ensure construction activities adhere to planned schedules. Coordinate with Customers, Authorities, Contractors, Partners, and Subcontractors for site and material handovers. Ensure onsite compliance with HSE management plans. Support the optimization of subcontractor resources. Required Skills/Knowledge 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of local rules and standards. Planning and organizational skills. Proficiency with software tools. Understanding of HSE protocols. Knowledge of technological systems (SIGTLC). Education/Qualifications High School diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. Technical background required. Languages (Optional) Proficiency in English (at least B2 level).
