Partner with the best As a Contract Risk Mitigation Manager, you will prepare proposals/bids, negotiate contracts, meet contractual commitments, and assess business risks. Develop an operational plan for your department and contribute to the larger unit’s plan. Responsibilities of a Contract Risk Manager mitigation include: Validating risk and reward balance, considering terms and conditions, technical risks, margin, and security of payment within the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process. Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge, with some customization within guidelines. Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions, with room for negotiation and client-specific conditions. Managing diverse clients in a region. Leading contract negotiations. Handling local focus on medium-sized territories. Qualifications for success: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Proven 5-10 years of professional experience in contract and risk management, legal, and commercial aspects. Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of legal requirements. Experience as a legal expert. Strong oral and written English skills; knowledge of German, Spanish, French, and Italian is a plus. Work in a way that works for you We recognize everyone is different.
