Candidate Profile: Master of Engineering or Computer Science degree Significant experience in hardware development, especially thermal engineering Team-player with a multidisciplinary approach Customer-oriented mindset Rigorous, analytical, and detail-oriented Key Competencies: Strong background in mathematics, science, and computer science Knowledge of thermal laws, norms, and standards Proficiency with thermal technology and control components (HP, MLIs, radiators, etc.) Experience with tools such as Ansys Icepak, Ansys Fluent, Mentor Flotherm Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Role Responsibilities: Perform hardware engineering activities related to Thermal Engineering Analyze and define thermal needs using various means (studies, simulations, mock-ups, prototypes) Describe thermal functions and requirements Formalize thermal specifications and architectural designs Identify and resolve development problems Report technical findings Participate in thermal testing and analysis Ensure thermal compliance with standards Design and develop cooling systems and improve existing designs Career Development: Thales offers opportunities to grow in different domains, develop leadership or technical expertise, and build an international career within a leading engineering group.
