We are seeking an IT Technical Project Manager specialized in HR Platforms for our Naples office, our primary service delivery hub. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes, a keen interest in innovative HR IT solutions, and a solid technical foundation. Excellent project management skills and experience working within Agile and SAFe frameworks are essential. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of leading HR IT solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Manage projects, report to the IT hierarchy, and oversee end-to-end delivery to internal and external clients. Engage with stakeholders to ensure project outcomes meet business needs, managing expectations and communications. Oversee external consultancies and providers, ensuring their contributions align with project goals. Apply architectural understanding and API knowledge for project decisions and problem-solving. Ensure adherence to Agile and SAFe methodologies, promoting continuous improvement and delivery. Qualifications and Skills Fluent in English (spoken and written). Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Master) are highly desirable. Proven experience in technical project management, especially with HR IT platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, E-Learning Platforms, and workforce planning tools. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
