Business Controller

Social network you want to login/join with: Talent Solutions , part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence , is currently recruiting for a Business Controller For a fixed-term contract – 12 months Functionally reporting to the Business Controller, the resource will be part of the Italian Pharma Manufacturing Controlling department. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting budget preparation and periodically analyzing actual manufacturing costs; Assisting in year and month-end P&L closing; Preparing periodic reports for local and corporate analysis; Controlling production consumption and yields; Calculating transfer prices, reconciling inventories, and evaluating obsolescence reserves; Collaborating with other departments on various projects to understand their functions and promote teamwork. JOB REQUIREMENTS Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, or related field; Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in controlling or similar roles; Strong Excel skills, experience with AS400, SAP, and BI software; Fluency in English; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work effectively in a team, with strong analytical skills and a good understanding of cost systems and manufacturing processes; Knowledge of manufacturing environment and processes is a plus.
