Site Project Manager

About this vacancy: This is your chance to be involved in many interesting projects in some of the most trendy sectors of the industry like: Renawable Energies, Automation & Robotics, Logistics and Oil & Gas. TMC is currently supporting several clients worldwide during the design, management and installation phase of innovative plants and systems. You will able to: Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including production schedules, quality control and inventory management Ensure effectiveness of the construction and site management, in compliance with time schedule, cost, quality and HSE Manage contract with client according to the Project Manager’s guidelines Implement and oversee process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Guarantee continuity between the completion of Construction and pre-commissioning activities Organize any corrective action required to prevent interruptions to erection activities, to reduce delays in work schedule, and to bring costs back to budget Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management Prepare the Site final report What we expect from you: Technical background, degree in Engineering field 3 years of experience in the field of process engineering, Renewable Energies experience will be an advantage, Automation/Robotics and Oil/Gas will be evaluated Reliability, flexibility and problem-solving competencies Self-motivated and result-driven person Fluency in English and Italian (communication and technical English and Italian), German language will be considered a plus Experience in field and commissioning activities Willingness to long travel What you can expect from us: TMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that brings expertise to their clients in order to support them with the realization of their technological challenges.
