Test Manager - Microservices & API Testing

Role : Test Manager We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in NAB projects, API & Microservices testing, and stakeholder management within large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in test strategy, automation frameworks, and managing end-to-end testing cycles in a modern banking Responsibilities Strategy & Execution : - Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. - Drive API and Microservices testing using modern automation frameworks. - Establish best practices for shift-left testing, CI/CD integration, and test automation. - Oversee test environment management, including data provisioning and Management : - Collaborate with business, engineering, and DevOps teams to align testing goals with transformation program objectives. - Act as a key liaison between NAB stakeholders, vendors, and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery. - Provide regular test status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to senior Automation & Tooling : - Lead the adoption of test automation frameworks for API and Microservices testing. - Implement best practices for performance, security, and non-functional testing. - Utilize tools like Postman, RestAssured, Karate, JMeter, Cypress, or Playwright for automated test execution.
