What You’ll Do: ✅ Take ownership of developments, configurations, and integrations by collaborating closely with Architecture, Functional, and Testing teams. ✅ Manage and guide a squad of 5 to 10 professionals, working on both BAU and project initiatives . ✅ Lead the management of PeopleSoft platforms , including defining strategy, designing solutions, and ensuring compatibility of new technical solutions. ✅ Solve complex technical challenges involving systems and integrations while maintaining quality and adhering to Architecture & Security guidelines . ✅ Promote and drive Agile rituals , backlog prioritization, and roadmap alignment to deliver exceptional results. What We’re Looking For: Deep expertise in PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 or higher (AP, AR, Billing, GL, CM, PC, and CA). Proficiency in PeopleCode , PeopleTools 8.60 , Integration Broker , REST API development , and SQL . Experience in PeopleSoft migration, upgrades, administration , and Test Driven delivery . Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and proven leadership abilities. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills. A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, secure solutions . Location & Flexibility: This role offers a balance of remote work with office presence in Barcelona 1–2 days per week .
