As an Office & Management Assistant, you enjoy playing a crucial role in supporting the team by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. You like to be responsible for various administrative and management tasks, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide administrative support to the management team. Handle office management tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising events. Draft, edit, and proofread documents in English, French, and Dutch. Assist in the preparation of client files. Act as a liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams. Manage communication and correspondence in multiple languages. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the team. Ensure the efficient organisation of the office environment. Perform general office duties such as filing, organising, and maintaining records. Trilingual in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written). Previous experience in an office administration or management role, preferably in a highly professional environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
