The Role: Advise on UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR Support corporate transactions (e.g. M&A and outsourcing) Draft and negotiate data processing agreements and privacy policies Guide clients on data transfers and governance frameworks Deliver training and insights on data protection issues About You: 4 years' PQE (Scots or E&W qualified) with data protection experience Strong skills in advisory and transactional privacy matters Clear and confident communication and drafting skills Able to work independently and collaboratively Bonus : experience in cybersecurity, AI or emerging tech Why Join?
