Digital Analyst (8-Month FTC) Salary: Up to £60,000 Location: Hybrid – Watford (3 days a week) The Company Join a progressive and innovative company undergoing a large-scale digital transformation. The Role As a Digital Analyst , you will work closely with commercial planning and digital delivery teams to provide critical insights into digital channel performance. Your analysis will support revenue growth, improve customer journeys, and optimize marketing and online merchandising strategies. Key Responsibilities: Deliver real-time performance updates and actionable insights across digital marketing, mobile apps, and website performance. Conduct post-investment analysis for digital product launches. Use analytics tools (e.g., Piano Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) to assess user behavior, conversion rates, and overall digital effectiveness. Assist in developing web analytics frameworks and ensuring data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement comprehensive performance measurement strategies. Key Skills & Experience: Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Piano Analytics. Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel. Experience with A/B testing, performance optimization, and web analytics. Background in e-commerce is a plus. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
