Project Manager

Are you a project manager who has experience working in the social housing sector? Recruit with Purpose are partnered with a Housing association in Kent who are looking for a Project Manager to come in and hit the ground running on 2 specific projects. A social housing background is a must for this role due to the nature of the projects. They are looking for someone who is a hands-on PM, you will have support from BA’s, but they are looking for someone who can role their sleeves up in not be afraid to do some discovery work where needed. The 2 main projects that you will be working on will be focussing on the customer vulnerability data and process improvement for gaining access to homes. If you have a background in either of these areas this will be highly sort after by the Housing Association. Areas of the projects are underway already so you will be piecing together the ongoing work and drive the project forward to completion. This housing association is highly regarded as one of the best in the UK with some exciting growth plans and has won numerous awards for being a great place to work. This role will be a 12-month FTC with a possibility for a permanent position for the right individual. Ideally they are looking for someone to start ASAP. What they are looking for: Project Management background within social housing If you have specific experience on working on projects around customer vulnerability data or process improvement for gaining access to homes this would be highly sort after If you come from a Business Analyst background this could be advantageous, you will have support from BA’s however you will have to do some discovery work from time to time Someone who can come in and hit the ground running from day one A confident attitude, someone who can bring new ideas / ways or working to the table and be able to deliver them effectively A team player mentality, you will be working in a wider team who have done some fantastic work on this Housing Association transformation journey so far What is on offer: Up to £65,000 for the right individual Hybrid working 2 days a week in Kent There is an option for a 4-day week for the right individual although 5 days a week would be preferable 28 Days holiday Bank Holidays Generous pension plan Private Healthcare Plans If this role sounds like it could be of interest I would love to hear from you.
