You’ll handle privately funded family law cases with a strong infrastructure behind you, so you can focus on what really matters: delivering excellent results for your clients. ⭐ No need to bring a following – your caseload will be provided. What You’ll Be Doing ✔️ Managing a varied caseload of family matters (divorce, finances, child arrangements, pre/post-nups) ✔️ Taking ownership of files from instruction to conclusion – supported by admin and secretarial teams ✔️ Using modern case management systems to stay on top of things ✔️ Meeting individual and team targets in a balanced, client-focused environment ✔️ (Senior/Lead level) Mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to leadership, strategy, and development of the family law function Who We’re Looking For ✅ Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with solid family law experience ✅ Experienced in handling privately funded matters (no legal aid work) ✅ Able to meet chargeable time/billing targets while maintaining top client service ✅ Strong IT/case management skills ✅ Detail-oriented, well-organised and collaborative ✅ Confident, resilient and excited by change and growth!
