As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is fully remote, with occasional travel to our office in Reading. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed. • Ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance requirements. • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management. • Identify and mitigate project risks. • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Project Manager in any industry. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and remotely. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly mortgages, is desirable but not essential. • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
