Business Analyst

Business Analyst £35,000 - £50,000 Hybrid, flexible working We are partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house consulting/project delivery team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for helping energy suppliers adopt and use Saas platforms, ensuring they deliver real business value. This would involve understanding the client’s business needs and translating them into effective solutions using the Saas platform. Responsibilities include: Understand client’s business processes, needs, and pain points. Propose solutions using our client’s platform features. Work closely with implementation teams and clients during onboarding and system integration phases. Ensure timelines, deliverables, and configurations stay aligned with business objectives. Educate client teams on how to use the platform effectively. Act as a trusted advisor on best practices in the energy sector and digital transformation. What we are looking for: Knowledge of the Energy sector Entrepreneurial mind-set and a good problem-solver, with a structured approach to formulate the best outcome Happy being hands-on, working in an environment with changing priorities and deadlines Commercially-minded Logistics: At least 3 days working from home a week A few days a month in Windsor or Dublin A few days a month in Nottingham Benefits include pay reviews annually linked to performance, discretionary bonus, private healthcare, and gym membership.
