Are you a Site Agent with experience delivering utilities diversions within a rail environment? Do you have a valid PTS or LUL competency? Location: Northeast London Duration: 6 month rolling (3 year contract) Rate: £450 - £500/day IR35 status: Inside via umbrella company My client is also considering permanent and offering a package between £55,000 - £70,000 P/A. I am working closely with the principal contractor delivering utilities diversions and waste water remediation works above a live railway in East London. Due to the scope of the project, they require a Site Agent who has a proven track record in delivering heavy civils in a rail environment, such as structures, bridges or tunnels, to assist with the delivery of this programme. As the Site Agent you will be responsible for managing the construction on site, ensuring production of RAMS, ITP's and waste management plans, whilst reporting into the senior management team. The ideal Site Agent will have similar project experience within a rail environment, to be able to deliver works within isolations. Requirements: Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent CSCS is essential IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS is essential PTS or LUL competency is desired.
