Job Description
Our client, a Global FMCG business, are looking for a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to join their global systems transformation programme, spanning across Retail, Food & Beverage, and Events markets. This is a high-impact role where you'll help drive agile delivery within a cross-functional team, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient execution across the board. About the Role As Scrum Master, you’ll be reporting directly to the Programme Manager and will play a key role in helping teams embrace and follow agile processes. You’ll be responsible for guiding teams through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, all while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Your work will be crucial to ensuring that project goals are delivered on time and within scope, while maintaining the agility needed to adapt and thrive. What You’ll Do Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, making sure teams stay on track and focused Help implement and maintain the agile framework across teams, ensuring that you're following best practices and constantly improving Serve as a supportive leader for the team, helping to remove any roadblocks that arise and creating a positive, collaborative environment Work closely with the Programme Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analysts to make sure goals and priorities are aligned Coach team members on agile principles to improve collaboration and engagement with stakeholders Monitor sprint progress, spot potential risks, and proactively solve any challenges that come up Collaborate with the Business Implementation Teams to ensure smooth integration of solutions into the business Ensure project objectives are met within agreed timelines and budgets, while never compromising on quality or efficiency Experience Required Proven experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale, complex transformation programmes Strong knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Proven background in delivering ERP-focused transformation programmes, ideally within complex enterprise environments Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) tools, particularly around collaboration, integration, and process alignment Strong grasp of delivery methodologies – must be able to define, lead, and optimize sprint cycles, ceremonies, and agile artifacts Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of delivery pipelines Demonstrated ability to manage Jira, plan boards, and delivery reporting with minimal guidance Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including board-level engagement Able to manage ambiguity and complexity, making decisions confidently under pressure High-energy individual who brings clarity, structure, and motivation to cross-functional teams Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) is highly desirable This is an Outside IR35, contract opportunity.
