IT Services Manager

Professional Services organisation is hiring for an IT Services Manager for their offices in Oxford. Salary ranges between £55K - £70K. You will need to have a Full UK Driving Licence as travel to other offices will be required. Hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Good working knowledge of CCH, Alpha Tax, Caseware, Silverfin, PayCircle, Jira Service Management, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, MS Teams, Horizon phone system and InTune. Responsibilities include: Managing the firm's IT helpdesk team Co-ordinating and managing software updates, ensuring systems remain secure and compliant Improving resolution times and implementing strategies to improve efficiencies. Monitoring KPI's Providing high level technical support and guidance to resolve complex IT issues Overseeing the maintenance and management of IT systems and conducting regular audits to create improvements. Ensuring all IT practices are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards Reporting on helpdesk performance, system updates and project progress to senior management Skills and Experience Required: At least 10 years experience working within IT Service Management, ideally within a Professional Services / Accountancy firm.
