Job Title: Real Estate ParalegalSalary: £26,000 - £28,000Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire The Opportunity We're seeking a capable and committed Real Estate Paralegal to join our well-regarded Commercial Property team. Your Role You will support fee earners in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, managing both routine and complex tasks. Your responsibilities will include: Handling post-completion work (SDLT returns, lease renewals, multi-lease sales, etc.) Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications (transfers, charges, notices, etc.) Drafting and negotiating legal documents: Licences to assign Licences to underlet Licences for alterations Reviewing title documents, preparing lease summaries and reports Liaising with clients, solicitors, local authorities, and other stakeholders Maintaining accurate records in line with compliance protocols Supporting legal research and documentation tasks as required What We're Looking For You'll be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident handling responsibility in a dynamic team.
