Senior Software Engineer Location: London / Hybrid Salary: £70,000-£80,000 About Us I am working with a fast-growing cybersecurity company on a mission to secure digital identities where they live in the browser. Their platform hardens and continuously monitors the identity attack surface, protecting organisations from modern threats like credential theft, session hijacking, and unauthorized access. They are building the next generation of browser-based identity security and are looking for passionate, driven engineers to join us on this journey. The Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in architecting and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. You’ll work across the stack and collaborate closely with product, design, and security teams to build features that directly protect users in real time. What You’ll Be Doing Designing and developing robust backend and frontend solutions to support browser-based identity security Building scalable services to process and monitor identity signals in real time Collaborating with security experts to implement advanced threat detection and prevention mechanisms Working on complex browser integrations and APIs Contributing to a high-performance, test-driven engineering culture Tech Stack Languages: TypeScript, Python Frameworks: React, Node.js, FastAPI Cloud: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker What We’re Looking For 5 years of software engineering experience, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS Strong experience with modern web development (React, Node.js) and backend services (Python, etc.) Solid understanding of browser environments, identity protocols (OAuth, SAML, OIDC), and security best practices Proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable systems in a cloud-native environment Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup environments Apply now or reach out to sean.rozen@goldgroup.co.uk to learn more.
