Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

Service Care Legal are recruiting for an established law firm in North London who are seeking a talented and ambitious Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (3–6 years PQE) to join an expanding Commercial department. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a varied caseload and work alongside an experienced and collaborative team. Role: Corporate & Commercial Solicitor PQE: 3–6 years Location: North London Salary: £50,000–£80,000 (DOE & interview performance)The Role You will play a key role in our transactional team, advising a diverse client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, lenders, developers, housing associations, and high-net-worth individuals. Your caseload will include: Commercial acquisitions and disposals Commercial property development Landlord and tenant matters Asset management Banking and finance agreements Business and asset sales and purchases Corporate restructuring and insolvency The ideal candidate will: Have 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role Demonstrate an ability to manage files independently and as part of a team Be commercially aware and proactive in supporting clients’ business needs Show an interest in mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team development Have a natural flair for networking and business development (previous experience advantageous) If this Corporate & Commercial Solicitor role sounds like an opportunity of interest, please feel free to reach out to Lloyd Stanley on , or email .uk.
