Corporate & Commercial Solicitor NQ-4 years PQE My client is seeking a junior Corporate & Commercial Solicitor who is looking to take a step up in their career by joining a leading Dorset law firm.This forward-thinking, leading Legal 500- recognised law firm based in Poole has a proven track record of success and is looking for a Solicitor in its Corporate & Commercial team in this key placement. This firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. You will handle a high-quality general commercial caseload, including company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation (covering all types of contracts, including Terms & Conditions of Sale/Purchase, Supply/Distribution/Agency/Franchise agreements), private equity and investment documentation, and other corporate finance-related transactions.
