Key Responsibilities: Lead, Mentor, Deliver: Manage a high-performing team of front-end and back-end developers to create innovative, user-centric web solutions. Strategic Oversight: Design technical architecture, drive development strategy, and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution. Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, provide actionable feedback, and ensure compliance with industry and organizational standards. Technical Innovation: Research and implement cutting-edge platforms, tools, and methods to elevate the organization’s web presence and capabilities. Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage project risks, resolve challenges, and maintain business continuity through effective planning and collaboration. Team Collaboration: Collaborate across departments, translating complex technical concepts into actionable goals that align with broader business objectives. Stay Current: Monitor emerging trends and technologies in web development, positioning the organization to stay ahead of the curve. Ideal Candidate Profile: We’re seeking an inspiring and detail-oriented leader with a proven track record in both web development and team management. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, creativity, and a passion for collaboration. Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 3 years in web development, demonstrating expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. At least 3 years in management, showcasing strong people leadership and the ability to drive high-performance teams. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required. French proficiency is considered an asset.
