Reporting to the Head of Primary the role of a St Mary MacKillop College teacher is to plan, organise and deliver educational programs, modelled within the Catholic Ethos, in a positive learning environment. The Successful Applicant Will Have A relevant 4-year tertiary qualification in Primary Education. Accreditation (or working towards) to teach Religious Education. A deep understanding of upper primary curriculum. Willingness to promote and support Catholic values as a member of the St Mary MacKillop College community. Current Teachers Registration. Current Working with Children Check. We Are Seeking Someone That Is a vibrant, passionate and enthusiastic educator. Provides a nurturing and supportive environment inspiring students to develop a love of learning. Has proven experience teaching using Explicit Instruction pedagogy. Is competent with the use of technology in the classroom, online strategies and digital process software. Possess team work skills that contribute to productive working relationships and outcomes.
