The Role Reporting to the Assistant Director, Provider Operations and Claim Support, the Service Delivery Officer is the first point of contact to assist employers, Services Australia and DEWR State Office staff with resolving issues relating to Australian Apprenticeship claims and payments. Duties And Responsibilities Responsibilities of the APS Level 3 Service Delivery Officer may include: Supporting the team in the provision of support services to internal and external stakeholder including basic administrative and processing work.Communicating with stakeholders via phone and email.Reviewing, investigating and verifying simple claims, ensuring claims and documentation submitted through DEWR’s Apprenticeship Data Management System adhere to relevant procedural documentation, guidelines and claim requirements.Functioning as part of a team and assisting with undertaking a range of administrative support including general office duties.Contributing to our organisational culture through innovation and by being open to feedback, direction and assisting colleagues where needed.
