The successful candidate will play an integral role, reporting directly to the CFO and Managing Director. Job Description Reporting into the CFO and Director your responsibilities will include: Manage full-function Accounts Payable & ReceivablesAssist CFO with End-to-End Payroll (Up to 15 employees)Perform daily bank reconciliationsOversee debtor managementSupport CFO with month-end processing, reports, budgets & cash flowMaintain fixed asset register Liaise with ATO, finance brokers, insurers, and external accountantsAssist with recruitment, on-boarding, company events, and office administrationOther ad hoc duties as required The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar all-rounder Bookkeeper role. Ideally, they will be proficient in Xero or generally tech-savvy. Most importantly, they will take initiative, be analytical, organised, self-sufficient, and have a can-do attitude.
